I use these test strips for my job testing Hot water commercial dishwashers to ensure they are reaching at least 160 degrees on the surface of the plate. These strips stick much better than some other test strips, and these stay attached to plates and utensils through the machine. They are easy to remove, and reattach to log books for record keeping.
