I have purchased 2 of these clutches and both of them have failed shortly apart these are junk the springs keep breaking on them I will be looking for a better quality to hopefully resolve this issue. It has at most 5 hrs of ride time on it by a 6 year old that is 50 pounds

Update: just like someone else posted, one of my clutch pads fell off luckily I caught it before it destroyed my clutch drum. Not even 3 maybe 4 hours of use. Unfortunately this is right outside of the warranty period, maybe amazon will help if I call.I'm not sure if I tightened the bolts too tight but this doesn't seem to grab like the old one did before it wore out. Either way it's a decent product and got the 40cc 4 stroke pocket bike driving again!

Part was good Quality, fit perfect. They have fast shipping options which was a plus for me. So far the part does its job very well. Would recommend this product if you need it for your pocket rocket .

So far the clutch is working perfectly. The engagement is substantially faster than the previous closed it was in there. As you can tell from the photos the old clutch pads were worn down pretty good. As far as insulation goes the hardest part per se was just getting the unit lined up and a perfect circle then with a little bit of blue Loctite put the bolts back in place and why you’ve got a part clean out the interior area that holds the chain with the old grease and add all new grease in there. Little guy runs like a champ now along with the brand new spark plug and completely cleaning out the carburetor.
