I bought this part, along with many others, to keep as spares. I'm glad I did because I needed it to replace one that was destroying CVT belts. This one is a bit heavier duty than the stock one, so I expect it to last at least as long as the original one. Already ordered another as a spare. Also, if you own a scooter, the brand, 1PZ, has consistently well made parts and accessories.

Do not order this. It was clear that it had been used before when I opened it. I chalked it up to the company testing it. There was discoloration on certain parts and something told me not to install it, unfortunately, I did. I decided to take a trip to the store on my 50 but I did not use the electric start right away because I was hesitant knowing that it may be faulty. On the return trip home I had forgotten about it entirely and went to use the electric start and regret it tremendously. The bendix broke into multiple pieces inside my CVT case as I was idle in the store parking lot. After opening my case here's what happened, the larger of the sliding collars was pretty much unraveled and stuck inside my clutch bell, the compression spring from the bendix was noticeably rusted, the wider gear (crankshaft not variator side) was split almost exactly in half, and I'm not sure what piece did it but there was a large gouge going all the way around the variator wheel opposite side of the roller weights about a third of the way up. In summary, this bendix is not safe to use and I would not recommend buying it, or any other part from the seller as there is a likely chance that the part is used/faulty and sold as new.
