This product was smaller than I expected, but I guess that’s on me. Quality seems good.. quite sturdy. Clean casting. use some type of spray oil as a mold release. I wish I had bought two to speed things up

I used these forms to make walkway pavers leading to my beehives. Some tips: I was able to get about 15-16 individual hexes from an 80#bag of concrete. It's better to mix too lit concrete, fill the forms, then mix any you need to complete filling of all mold cavities. Fill the mold about 1/2 way, then use a small flat trowel to vibrate the concrete. This gets the fine particles to fill against the edges. Then fill the rest of the mold and trowel smooth. Oil the molds thoroughly to make release easier. Wait not less than 24 hours to unmold the paver. I broke several hexes because I didn't allow them to cure long enough. Have fun. I'm waiting for my pavers to age 30 days so I can stain them.
