I love this necklace! I wanted the long length to use with an origami owl badge holder locket but I did not like their options. I did not want a necklace that looked super thick but that would not be so thin that I would be afraid that it would break. This gives the perfect length and look. I would totally recommend buying.

You need to really watch the sizing and when it says return for full refund read the fine print because they subtract postage and I didn't see that stated any where

After a few days of wear, I got this necklace caught on a chair and it stretched out to almost twice the length and looking bad... Even the silver became dull from the change of shape!This design of chain link is not suitable for a soft metal like silver, I have the same necklace in stainless steel and that one does really well! I wear it almost every day and it hasn't changed shape or polish

I purchased this to go with a small pendant. The combination was perfect. I could have gone a little thicker but this chain was perfect. I was afraid it might be too frail but it is not. The snake design looks good and also adds strength to the chain. I am happy with this purchase.

I ordered a necklace and bracelet in March and had not received a month later so contacted seller by email. They responded immediately and asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I requested replacement and had the items a week later. It's so nice to know that a company stands behind it's reputation and service. Very impressive!The necklace and bracelet match perfectly and are of very nice quality w decent lobster claw clasp which is fairly easy to operate. The photos are enlarged to show detail as diameter is thinner. The gift box is also very pretty and altho I purchased these for myself I wouldn't hesitate to purchase as a gift and have it directly mailed to recipient.I would have rated this a 4 star because I was expecting a heavier chain(based on pics) however because of the excellent customer service, I'm giving it a 5 star.

The necklace itself is really nice, but it's much shorter than the size I selected. Once the size was selected and I went to the checkout page, the size no longer showed. I tried going back, but then I got 2 in my cart, so I deleted and started over. Same thing. I figured they must have some way to record the size selected, so I went ahead and completed my order. When it came, it was not the 32" that I ordered, but several inches shorter. Good price for that size too, but not want I wanted/needed.

Really difficult to find particular lengths in gold &/or silver chains. They seem to go from 24" to 30", most all. But I like to wear two necklaces with various pendants and to do that without having them overlap one another, I needed to be able to find a good silver chain just 27" exactly! This seller is the ONLY one I've ever found On Line willing to and able to do that. If I'd requested 26 1/4" they would have made it exactly that length. I spent so much time and was so frustrated until I found this seller FINALLY on Amazon and then I waited for delivery to see if what they'd promised would actually be what they promised. It arrived yesterday from the UK and it IS exactly, counting the claw clasp 27" plus the silver snake chain is smooth, strong and shines. Also a definite plus for us in the US and countries that are not accustomed to the metric system, lengths are given in BOTH inches and centimeters. I will definitely be on the lookout for more of their beautiful jewelry. One Very Pleased Shopper! :-)
