Excellent bit of it, very say to set up and a small discrete device with good quality sound!!

J'utilise cet appareil pour basculer de la musique de mon téléphone sur ma chaine Hifi.La liaison avec mon ampli se fait par câble optique, la qualité du son est excellente, il n'y a pas de coupure sauf évidemment en cas de notification sur le téléphone. la portée est bonne mais dans la maison dés que je passe dans une autre pièce la transmission se coupe.Le seul inconvénient est que si vous avez plusieurs téléphones qui pourraient se connecter on ne peut pas gérer ça sur le boitier, il faut couper le bluetooth du téléphone et redémarrer le transmetteur.

Update: beware of creating Bluetooth interference using this device. If you pair it with a Bluetooth receiver then later power-off that receiver, this device will periodically jam the Bluetooth airwaves over a large area. I connected mine to an amplifier then turned off the amp but left the 1Mii powered on. For days after that the mouse and keyboard on my iMac (two floors above) acted up every few minutes and drove me crazy trying to fix them. Turning off the 1Mii finally fixed the problem. If the Bluetooth icon on the 1Mii is blinking then it is paired but unable to connect and it will do the jamming thing. It's obviously a 1Mii bug but who knows when a firmware update will be issued.--This device is a great choice for a HiFi enthusiast who needs Bluetooth connectivity. But it’s pricey and has a lot of competition in its price range from much more feature-filled streamers.It's housed in an impressively compact all metal case that looks and feels solid. It could use some rubber bumpers on the bottom, especially if you're going to stack it on some other gear or a speaker. It runs very cool. It has tiny control buttons, and even a mini-joystick control, on the front panel. It's got a tiny display too, but it's hard to read all the teensy icons at a distance.There's not much need for controlling the device because it's pretty straightforward and simple in operation. This is a good thing because I found that working the tiny buttons and joystick was a bit of a pain. There's a fair bit of long-press vs short-press and I found the difference hard to judge and get right consistently. The button hold intervals required were all longer than I am used to or expect. This was an aspect I didn't like.The received audio signal is output via stereo RCA line outs, or optical (fibre) out. There's also a USB-C input port to use the DS220 as an external DAC for music from a PC. This is a good use as the DAC is a good one. There’s even a USB-A to USB-C cable included for that purpose. The included cable collection is awesome, with every kind of useful interconnect is in the box. A USB adapter is included for power — this is great as many products skip this.I presume you could also pass music via USB to the optical out in case you need that, but I didn't test it. There are much cheaper devices that do that. This little guy would be wasted for just that purpose.--It boasts the latest Hi-Fi Bluetooth codecs (AAC, SBC, aptX-HD, LDAC) using the Qualcomm QCC5125 chip.The stream status — including track name, bitrate, encoding and more — is constantly updated on the front LCD display.This device uses a very high quality and fidelity ESS Sabre ES9018K2M DAC chip (which happens to be the very same one used in the well regarded WiiM Amp product). There’s really no need to use an external DAC with this device.Connecting wirelessly to this device is simple and straightforward. But I found it is one of the most tenacious Bluetooth clients I have experienced. Once I connected my iPad Air to it it literally wouldn't let go. The next day I wanted to change the iPad output to my earbuds but every time I tried to disconnect the DS220 it reconnected immediately. I finally resorted to "Forgetting" the BT connection to make it stop. So this can be seen as a useful feature or a nuisance depending on your point of view.---I listened to a variety of music through this Bluetooth receiver and it all sounded great. It really surprised me how good music through Bluetooth can sound with the latest high quality specs. My listening system includes an Aiyima T1 Pro tube preamp, a Fosi ZA3 amplifier and PSB Alpha 3 speakers plus a Mackie CR4 subwoofer.I heard a well defined sound stage, and full and wide range of music reproduction with no unexpected peaks or dips in the spectrum.So: expensive but very high quality. I just wish the display was more readable and the controls were larger and easier to operate.

I installed this unit in a metal equipment rack and remoted the antenna to the top of the rack. Works great throughout a large ballroom, about 100'. LCD display is nice to see who is connected and what is playing. The 'M' on the pair button is confusing?? But otherwise a great a value.

I bought this to replace my Bluetooth receiver that I bought a few years back.Now, I will say that my previous Bluetooth receiver was about $20 and functioned fine.BUT, this little gem is quite an upgrade. Sound quality is phenomenal. I hear nuances that my previous Bluetooth receiver lost. Additionally, this unit has great dB! Range is 2x greater than my previous unit as well! I live in a 2800sq ft, 3 floor house & I can go ANYWHERE...up or down!

Very nice and discreet. No dropouts. outputting direct to high current amplifier hence proving to have more than adequate RCA current to drive amp without a preamp.

Had this unit for a year with zero issues, good investment

The EQ/Volume/Tracking button is flimsy and does not work. I received a non-functioning unit. It turns on but that's it. So now I have a very expensive paperweight but that's it. Pressed and long-pressed the EQ/Volume/Tracking button just as described in the video but nothing. Without the EQ/Volume/Tracking functions the 1Mii DS220 unit is useless.

Para ellos, utiliza la versión 5.1 de este protocolo que, si bien no es la más nueva, es lo suficientemente estable y rápida para no tener problemas en la transmisión. Además, es bastante compatible gracias a la retrocompatibilidad con versiones anteriores, así que en ese sentido yo al menos no he tenido ningún problema transmitiendo desde el móvil y la tablet.En cuanto al audio, soporta LDAC y aptX HD que ofrece una calidad de hasta 990kbps / 96KHz. La calidad del sonido es excepcional. Ya no sólo por hacer uso de estos decodificadores si no porque el equipo también permite configurar una seque de EQs a través de la propia interfaz del receptor utilizando los botones y la pantalla integradas. Esto mismo es lo que se utiliza para hacer la instalación / configuración inicial, que en realidad es fácil porque no deja de ser un dispositivo bluetooth.Creo que es un gran producto, con una buena calidad de construcción y que se nota que está bien diseñado y pensado. El precio puede parecer un poco elevado pero no tiene nada que ver con los típicos receptores Bluetooth pensados para el asiento del avión. Esto juega en otra liga y puede utilizarse tanto en equipos domésticos como profesionales, ya sea empresas, salas de baile, polideportivos... En definitiva, lo recomiendo.

Works well. Would be nice to have the ability to add a bracket as I use it in. a vehicle, but it has no/very little ground noise compared to cheap competitors.

I have an older receiver that doesn't have bluetooth so I got this module to see how it worked on my system. It was easy to hook up an the sounds quality is actually really good. It has some built in EQs too. The connection distance was really good as well, I was able to move around the next rooms over without loosing connection. Overall this is a nice bluetooth setup and it has some of the higher quality standards than the cheap bluetooth boxes. At over $100 is this worth it? Well I think that depends on your system and what you are trying to achieve. If you want a hi-res box, you will pay more, but if you just want bluetooth and dont really care about the other stuff than this might be overkill. Shop around and decide what will work best for you. This is good but may be more than what you need.

Easy setup right out of the box. Sound quality is great and the unit feels well made. I'd recommend this to a friend.
