Trays will not hold heat and creat holes. I tried using these for a pastry that contained milk. Good thing i placed them over a tray to cool because all the milk came out thru hole on sides. Created such a mess, i just threw them away. I am so upset. Too bad i wont be able to get my money back, it was a total waste of money and time.

I used these to make coffee cake for a bake sale. they worked great. my coffee cake didn't turn out very well, but I blame me. not these pans.

These are perfect for single serve items like cinnamon rolls (jumbo), "lunchbox" cakes, and apple crisp! I use them for my home based bakery business. I like that the lids are clear and allow people to see my products. They are also easy to stack when I deliver them. I am able to baked my items directly in the tins. They are not super thick, so they can be a bit flimsy. But I needed an inepensive way to sell my items and reduce my production time and these are perfect for that!

perfect size to prepare weeks worth of meals for the frig or freezer & I use a toaster oven in the summer on my porch so it's nice to remove clear lid & pop it into toaster oven and there's my meal & I don't have to spend too much time in the kitchen with food but still have great "good for me" meals ready at a fraction of the cost of single serve meals. love these little containers with clear lids & nice to bake things & give them away also.

I sell baked goods at local farmers' markets, and needed a bulk supply of baking tins with lids. These tins are just the right size for single-serve cakes, cobblers or crisps. They are easy to store since they are stackable, and the tins themselves hold up even with a thick batter and inclusions. I was also able to stack frosted cakes in the freezer without damaging the icing, thanks to the sturdy clear lid. These serve my purpose, since a lot of single people shop our markets and don't want to lug home a full-sized cake that will go stale before they finish eating it. I will probably also purchase a set of larger containers for holiday baking!
