Packaging was excellent for the long trip from China to USA. Really well packaged.Inspected the unit then plugged it in to let it warm up for an hour or so. Checked a known accurate frequency. It was spot on just using the internal reference with deviations down in the micro Hertz.Applying a GPSDO as external reference is nice, but frankly, the internal reference is extremely well calibrated out of the box. This is nice because the meter can be trusted down to very precise measurements even when not referencing a known good external standard.The statistics display is also very nice for getting an idea of the stability of the measured signal.Power meter is handy and seems to be pretty close to reality.It appears that it will satisfy the need to have a way to measure frequency with pretty good accuracy. For my needs this means +/- 0.1 Hz More testing to be done but at this point really couldn't be happier especially given the price point.
