Awful quality and sound. Won't stay in tune at all. Also it is very strange how the strings are held together by nails in the back (see photos). This product should not be sold.

Workmanship of the wood— fine. Workmanship of the strings, bridge pins and levers— terrible!1) I love the little harp. 2) I dropped the tuning — string colors indicated “low” C- hi G, but I compared it to my bigger harps— C to G is too high. I dropped it down to “low” F- hi C and it was fine and I like the sound.Levers are AWFUL and TERRIBLY placed: way too tall for, and way too far away from, the bridge pins. Instead of sharping each string a half tone like they should, the low notes got sharped a whole note / full tone (!!) and the high notes got sharped a THIRD (two whole notes/ two full tones!!!) Absurd. C’mon, guys.So I immediately stripped off ALL the levers (put the screws back in rather than putty the holes), tuned it from F to C, kept tuning for two weeks as it settled, and— surprise— I love it. But it is NOT for the beginner OR the faint of heart. I will add strap buttons someday, take it to a renfair and be an itinerant Harper and have fun. Meanwhile my husband says it sounds like a music box and he likes it. It’s fun, cute, and lightweight.But buyer beware, it takes work to get the harp into usable condition.Oh I almost forgot— the tuning wrench is TOO SMALL for the tuning pins. Useless. Good thing I have multiple harps and another tuning wrench luckily fit.I really like the little harp. Light weight, pleasant enough sound. But get the hardware right, people.

Pros: beautiful harp as a decorative piece Only, immediate easy full refund , fast communication ,Cons: sadly it was damaged and just very cheaply made , parts did not fit correctly , extra strings were just random cuttings , levers floppy & screws were over tightened causing wood damage making it impossible to tune.

This is a beautiful harp and came with a nice bag! My daughter is going to love it! It shipped quickly and was packaged very well!
