Don't pay for local cable. Got this to see the Super Bowl. I don't know how well it works on an older TV, but I had it mounted hooked up, and the wires hid, in about a minutes and a half behind the 75 inch Samsung on my wall.It found me 22 local channels pretty quickly and they were all crystal clear with a good strong signal.I have a 25 dollar antennae in the garage, and it's not nearly as clear and good of a signal.Also, it comes with self tappers to mount it with, or double sided 3M pads. It's super light and I wouldnt be nervous about simply sticking it to the wall.A little tricky on Samsungs part. Once you get it hooked up there isn't an antennae input. I would have thought you would hit source and select "ant", but no. The channels can be found below channel 1000 on the Samsung TV Plus app on the TV.Figured that might help someone.This is a great antennae. Spend the extra 20-30 bucks and get this one.It works flawlessly.I

When I received this antenna, the box was already opened. The antenna housing had something very small rattling around inside it. No way to access it though so no way to tell if this had any impact on its performance. I can't prove it but I got the impression that this had possibly been returned before by someone else, put back in the box and sent out (to me) when the next order came in. Even so, I set it up to see if it worked as advertised. The set up was straight forward. No problems with that. Here's the issue: The product description says this antenna has an incredible 1600 mile plus range. It doesn't. I had an older antenna hooked up to the TV. This new antenna was intended to replace it. The old antenna boasted a range of 60 miles when I bought it. I went channel by channel comparing this new antenna to the old one. The new one picked up exactly the same number of channels and pixelated out and froze on the same weaker channels as the old antenna. More importantly, it did NOT receive any new channels. I did perform a new channel scan. Had the range been anywhere near 1600 miles, it wouldn't have been freezing and pixelating on the weaker channels my old antenna could barely pick up and I should have been picking up dozens more channels that my old antenna couldn't pick up at all. It only picks up the same channels picked up by my older 60 mile range antenna. Because it does pick up some channels I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 but the 1600+ mile range claim is blatantly false. This antenna's true range is likely between 40 and 60 miles, not 1600 miles. If that's all you need/want from an antenna, then this antenna will be fine.

Easy to connect and use. I put it in my window next to my TV. I bought it to watch a few local channels including to see the Super Bowl this year. Worked as expected.

The unit didn't work for me. Not sure why but my 7 year old "Leaf-style" model received way more channels. This one only gave me 8... Customer service was great though.

DirecTv doesn't carry the Fox channel, so I bought this so we could watch the Super Bowl 2025. We got a great picture with no intruptions. We love it.

Bought this after seeing 222 5 star reviews, well let me say, this thing s@cks. My old antenna will pick up 35 channels and play 30 of them clearly. This thing only picked up 17 channels and only 2 of them were clear, the rest were unwatchable. Does not work! Don't believe the hype. Most stations I want are less than 25 miles from my house. I will return for a refund. What a waste! I would share a video, but they are all green screens and not worth my time.
