The adhesive on it isn’t good. It easily peels off when inserting foot into the shoe. Even if you manage to get your foot in w/out peeling it off once you start moving it comes off. Don’t recommend.

The adhesive is not good. Rolls up where friction is applied. Thinner material than “dr shoals moleskin”. Horrible performance on staying put. Husband and I both tried for calluses areas on clean dry feet. Product failure!
