Before you read my review, you need to understand what I was using before. I'm in charge of the media at my church, and the new PTZ camera we bought has TERRIBLE audio, so I hooked together a hodgepodge system of various mics that I combined with one of those cheap $10 gadgets which combines 5 audio inputs into 1 output. The distortion on that thing was absolutely terrible and after recording I had to run the entire program to Adobe Audition just to get the service watchable. This is leagues better than that. Don't get me wrong, there is SOME distortion, but for $30 it's amazing. The volume controls seem to be all or nothing as opposed to gradual, but for $30 it'll give consistent results. If you try to connect multiple outputs, it's as if the volume in each output is decreased buy a factor of how many outputs you have. But it's $30, if you're just trying to combine two intputs into 1 output, it's exactly what you're looking for.TL;DR You're getting a $30 product. It's a GOOD $30 product, and better than a $10 product ... But it's still a $30 product. If you aren't looking for something to put out professional grade audio, 9/10 I'd recommend. It's easy to use, decently versatile, and probably the best device you can get for under $40

I have one stereo system that I have connected to my tv but I got a record player that I also wanted to connect to it and for the last few month I’ve been looking for a solution to keep me from having to switch out the aux cords every time I watch tv or listen to a record. I tried many different aux splitters and switchers but they all didn’t work or were low quality-this transfers the sound clearly from both my tv and vinyl player simultaneously with no distortion and even makes them louder than before.

I have two computers that I needed to be able to hear both sound inputs and this fixed my issues. It has knobs to turn the individual sound sources up or down and knobs for volume control for the outputs as well. Very very happy with this purchase. Did everything I needed without fuss.

This allows for perfect volume control for all seating areas on the boat, and gives me the option to have multiple inputs too.

I was looking for something that would allow me to mix audio input from my digital piano and ipad and be able to listen via two separate sets of headphones. I've used other small mixers like this that unfortunately had very poor audio output with overdriving distortion or very low volume. This item provides great sound output at low to medium levels for two sets of headphones without the need for an audio splitter. Great sound.

The first one I got, didn't matter if which channel the input was on, if I had 2 hooked up like it's suppose to do- it's main feature is 2 lines in, it would sound a lot like a cat purring- did not matter if i switched them. One channel works great, but when you hook that second one up it all goes to crap. I suspect that this is a cheap mixer and you get what you pay for- always go for the middling stuff if you can, otherwise you end up returning an item like I am doing for some equivalent hopefully working item. I did not have money to spend so i had to go cheap. I'd say, spend just a little bit more if you can and get something a little better. When it works it's PERFECT for my needs- buy cheap = buy twice and then you end up with a lot of cheap crap that doesn't work, just some advice I wish I'd taken when buying. It's a great product if it works though, solid build, good knobs, way higher quality than i expected but with the audio not working right I can only ever give this 2 stars- maybe when i get a return model i can up it to 4, if it works. Rant = over! A replacement = a Month to get here-that drops this to less than 1 star, it'd be zero if i could rate it that low. And now the return/reaplacement- 2 Weeks, I'm buying something else. Eat this review, I'm quite angry about this.

I use it to mix together the output of my electric piano (Yamaha P-125) and my Macbook Pro. Now I can hear the on-line piano instructor and my (crude) piano playing through one headset. Previously, I would use ear buds from the Macbook and over them was a pair of over-the-ear headphones connected to the piano. This product solves the problem elegantly and inexpensively.

It could have been my environment, but the noise level was too great to ignore. I returned it because I could not make it work. I have not tried another product to compare the performance. The price seemed okay.
