This review is for "175A Battery Quick Connector 600V（max） Battery Quick Disconnect Wire Harness Plug Kit for Car Forklift Motor Winch Trailer（4PCS Grey 4AWG", Uddick Model 175A4PC4A (ASIN B0D7HLBFJX). Title and ASIN are included in the review because sometimes reviews get re-sorted and are no longer associated with the correct product.The Uddick 175A Battery Quick Connectors shipped quickly and were packaged well in a cardboard box with two other items. Within the cardboard shipping box, the Connectors arrived retail packaged in a blue PVC bag which was taped shut, and within the bag the four nests and eight pins were fit nicely in a clear recloseable plastic bag. The eight pins are stamped with a "4" and do appear to be for AWG 4 wire.I was able to crimp on AWG 4 tinned pure copper wire using size "50" on my crimper, and the pins slid easily into the plastic nests. The Uddick pins and nests seem to be constructed just as well as the OEM Anderson connectors and I had no trouble connecting/disconnecting to OEM connectors. Perfect!

These are a great value and they interface well with the authentic Anderson connectors. I have used some knockoffs in the past that did not properly mate and resulted in a spotty connection, but these work well

This is a great set, very well made top quality parts, and even includes plug covers! Solid heavy construction, connectors snap into place well, perfect!

The plastic housing on these is good quality and the terminals lock in firmly and can be removed with a small screwdriver, as usual with these types of connectors. Where this kit stands out is on the actual terminals. Compared to another 175A set I got, these are a bit wider at the actual contact point -- see the review photo comparing which shows one from this set (on the right) and from the other set (on the left). These are about 10% wider. As well, they have a MUCH thicker barrel, where the wire crimps in. These are 4ga connectors and they probably weigh almost 3x the other ones (which were 1/0 gauge). I don't have a hydraulic crimper but the manual one I do have was (just barely) up to the task. The sturdier connector should give me a bit better conduction between the wire and the terminal.All in all I'm happy with the robustness although I think maybe the barrel could have been maybe 25% thinner and it would be a bit easier to crimp while still retaining all the advantages.

Like other Uddick connectors, these are the usual high quality I am used to from the brand. They do mold their name into the connector housing but not the handles if you choose to use them.Once setup like all other SB175, the fit is great, the attach/remove is lightning quick. If you pull your camper batteries for winter like I do, it's worth the investment to pull and reinstall the batteries without tools. These are fore 4awg wires, so the thickness of the contacts you crimp on are thicker walled than 2awg or 0awg to match the spec for the connector cases.The handles are solid, and labeled for removal only not for connecting. They work, but unless you have the room for them and the need to aid your grip you may want to not get the handles.

This is one of my favorite high current connectors. They're really easy to install and they're really beefy and well designed. These will most likely require a hydraulic press to crimp.

I have bought these from various vendors to connect my lithium batteries to my campers. I just bought another battery and needed to connect it to the system and these work as expected. Everything is good quality and I am happy with the purchase. I would buy these again if they are priced competitively.

Heavy duty and fits right onto the existing power pole on my battery box.Easy to assemble and relatively easy to crimp on the cable with hydraulic crimper.It is a little overkill rating wise for my use, but it would be great as a jumper cable connection point on multiple vehicles.Or you could leave one end permanently on a jump or tow truck type vehicle and plug the other end to some jumper cables, allowing for easy removal from the source vehicle when jump is complete.
