This Upcoveter does not work. It picks up every week and you can barely hear the signals. I can switch back to direct sampling and my SDR dongle and it works very well and has strong signals but when I use the Upconverter I slightly pick up any of the signals. Also found that it had a missing part inside.

I had no problems connecting this upconverter to my RTL-SDR V3 dongle, the cable was a bit short, it was about 3 feet long but could've been another foot or two long since I wanted to power the upconverter from a separate USB power supply. Other than the short cable while the upconverter itself doesn't add extra noise to the incoming signals, it has a ppm error of somewhere between -10 and -11 so I always have to add +10 or +11 ppm in SDR#. It works really well other than that one minor issue.
