VERY DISSAPOINTED! THE COMPANY SENT ME A RETURNED PRODUCT! IT HAD NO SPRINGS, NO SWING, NO NET, NO HARDWARE! IT WAS ABSOLUTELY USELESS COULDNT DO ANYTHING WITH IT!! I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!

It took me 2 days to put the 16ft trampoline together by myself and 2 weeks to leveling it, but I should done that up front, before the trampoline arrived, but so far, so good all of the parts was there and my 6 year old granddaughter loves it. Thanks, one thing I would like to add, please show it in the advertisement that they have to be sitting on level ground or the trampoline has to be leveled before use, thanks
