While it does say "replacement" they are too large if the joystick has no grip on it. So if it's shredded or ripped leave it on then put these on.I had to super glue mine onto xbox 1 controller as they just slid back and forth

I found them useful on almost all of my controllers with the exception of older nintendo sticks, which tend to run considerably smaller in diameter. Be very careful taking them off and putting them back on repeatedly, as they do seem to become loose the more you do so. Once loose, they will definitely begin to slide a bit on my xbox controller, but so far there have been no issues with them coming off or anything during gameplay.They grip well and add a reasonable height and width to the sticks, the texture may prove a little rough for people who prefer grooves or ridges instead but it seems to "break in".

These were a great repair for my xbox 360 controllers that had worn out. They fit over the ones I had removed the rubber from easily and may be a tad loose, but they play just fine. One still had some rubber on it and I was able to stretch it over it and they fit was much tighter and better, but it was a difficult stretch to get it on. They look really cool, a nice upgrade. I also had 2 rock candy controllers one ps3 and one xbox 360 that I added these to, they had no pads at all, but now they feel like a much nicer controller!

PS3 controllers (DS3) suffered from joystick meltdowns; humidity and sunlight damage caused rubber to deteriorate significantly, leaving a sticky residue. Rather than taking apart the controller to replace the joysticks, I cleaned them and covered with these caps. They are a snug fit that are almost just a little too small. However, once I got them on and centered they stay in place and feel really good to the touch while using. I have not had any slip off during use. All colors came with as a matching set with a variety that gave me options for my multiple colored controllers. Came with enough pairs that I have extras if I need to replace or lose one. Overall, a cheap fix for a nuisance problem on aging controllers.

I like the product the only negative is that they do have a tendency to start coming off at the worst time. Might need to be made deeper.

Ive been searching for some grips for the thumb sticks for a while ,and I also wanted to color code all my controllers based on the console . So I got these and they work pretty great I even forgot that they glowed in the dark and was surprised when I put the controller in my cabinet ! They fit everything besides the nintendo switch joy cons which I knew they wouldnt as those are special to the switch but they fit perfectly onto the switch hand held controller so that works out. They are a little tricky to get on but its not to hard to figure out just had to mess with it a little bit . Id say if your looking for decent thumb grips and to cheaply color code your controllers this will work out just fine .

After using the same Xbox 360 controllers for 7 years the rubber grips were completely gone so I decided on these. I already have some designer joystick extenders, but those made the joysticks too tall and uncomfortable to use. These are a good alternative.Just like a lot of cheap Chinese products on Amazon the packaging is just a small white box. Inside the silicone grips are minimally packaged inside a bag. First impressions give me hope. They look to be made of quality material although it seems like they would become slippery if made wet by something like sweat. Putting them on was a breeze, took maybe 30 seconds each to get them on.They definitely improve the grip. Also, they make the joysticks slightly taller for those of us with big hands which is nice. We'll see how durable they are after a couple weeks of use, but for the price point I'm not worried about it.PROBLEMS:If your rubber grip is completely gone from your controllers, THESE will NOT work. They're clearly made to the dimensions of your sticks with the OEM rubber on them so if you put these onto a controller without rubber then they will fall right off. All in all they're meant to protect your controller and improve upon the original grip, not completely replace it.

Amazing grips! I had the gel tabz which are some of the best one out there however the little grips faded off so I was looking for some replacements and came across these. I would of bought the gel tabz again but wanted to try something new. So far these hold on tighter on the actual sticks of the controllers (I put these on my PS4, PS3, Xbox one and Nintendo switch pro controller) the grips are WAY better because there is a ton of those little dots all where your things rest compared to the few that the gel tabz have. I love the huge color selection because I can match them up to my controllers. Will recommend these to ANYONE! Finger won’t slip no matter how long your holding the stick on an angle. Works good on FIFA, nba, call of duty, halo, need for speed, etc. VALUE IS A STEAL FOR SO MANY OF THEM!
