These blocks are left over from making medical/laboratory devices/machines. They have similar density to tennis shoes insoles. The backside have super strong peel-back adhesive...careful where you place it, the adhesive is very difficult to remove. These can be easily cut down to smaller size using sharp knife. You will receive sixteen(16) foam blocks. The measurement varies about +/- 1/16"
