Used these for a challenging purpose: grinding a couple grams out of piston wrist pins made of very hard steel while balancing pistons for an engine rebuild. That’s a job better done with a lathe or other machine shop tools, but these did the job surprisingly well with an air die grinder. Went through 1 and a half stones for each pin.
