This review is for the Blessny 12" Solar Rechargeable Floor Fan. Model BL-F12.I ordered this on a whim, doubting this would be worth the listed cost. I must admit I’m impressed with this little fan! Take a look at the Amazon listing to see what it comes with.The fan came with approx. a 75% charge state on the battery. I hooked up the solar panel and put the panel in full afternoon Mid-March West Texas sun, 67*F, approx. 30* off vertical for best irradiance. It took about 4 hrs. To top off the integrated battery. This is much slower than the direction indicates, but it was a realistic test of field conditions. The attached battery is listed as 15000mAh.After charging, I brought the fan into the workshed and turned it to *full* power, it was still going after three hours when I had to leave. It was still running at 4-5hrs, and was dead when I came back at 6.5 hrs. The manual says it will run 6-36hrs., depending upon speed setting. HOLY MOLEY! A REALISTIC representation of the product!The fan is very quiet on slow, and is still relatively quiet at full speed. My smartphone-based Decibel meter says the fan is only 35-36dB at 1 meter, at the slowest setting, and 57-59dB at the highest speed. This is quiet!I really like the ability to turn the fan fully horizontal to push cooler floor air up towards the ceiling. This breaks up temperature stratification. Moving it about the floor is easy, and it is stable. I would have no problem putting this on a table or elevated position, and it would not “walk” away.There is a USB-A 5v-1A port on the back of the battery compartment. Not much power, but it would be useful in a pinch. There is a 13.5v-1.3A wall wart transformer that comes with the fan. It charged the battery relatively quickly. I did not stick around to time it, but it was fully charged after 3 hrs. with the wall transformer.I am impressed with this fan. Yes, it is a little expensive, but Blessny apparently put some engineering skill into making a quiet, relatively powerful battery fan. They did a great job.I bought this for a SHTF/power down situation. I am glad I have it. Buy it.

Sturdy enough little unit, and blows pretty well overall compared to all fans, and very well "for a cordless". It just can't use the same amount of power so its blower feels a little weaker than, say, my preferred Vornado fans. But being in a desert this is perfect as a backup and easily-portable option. The solar panel is fantastic, just love that it's so efficient in an emergency situation.

This is a metal-caged fan that has a good build to it. It doesn’t feel cheap or look gimmicky. It just works. I took it shore fishing with me the other day, and it was a godsend here in the South Florida sun. On a low to medium setting, it moves enough air to keep you considerably cooler. The battery lasted me my entire trip that day without dying (8-10 hours). I did not use the solar panel that day either. This was after a full charge. I did charge it in the sun the next day to see how it did, and, as expected, it took a little while, but it did charge it—maybe a few hours. I didn’t keep track and wanted to do it as though it was normal usage, so the battery wasn’t completely dead when I started charging it. The package is nice and worth the price, and the fan is great. I would say it’s a lifesaver here in Florida.

This is perfect for using at my chicken coop. It functions great for generating a good amount of airflow and is a convenient size. Easy to use, great quality, and seems very durable. Would recommend.

This rechargeable fan has potential to be a lifesaver when those rolling brown outs happen with high power usage in the summer. I can charge this up during the day and use it inside or out to create a breeze if the AC fails. I could also use it for camping (not much of a camper). It has a long charging cord for the solar panel (shorter for ac charger) so you can set the panel outside in the sun and the fan inside your tent. The solar panel can be angled to catch the sun at the optimal angle by adjusting the bracket.The fan has a charge indicator to let you know how much reserve you have. There is also has a USB charging port, which could be handy when out in the elements. The motor is quiet and you can set the rate of the fan on a continuum (not just low-med-high).This fan is a bit pricey but it offers some very useful features for when you don't have reliable power. Five stars for now. Will update if it performs poorly over time.

This fan is fantastic. The solar panel charges it well, and the battery lasts a long time. It’s perfect for outdoor use or power outages. It is also surprisingly powerful for its size, and the adjustable tilt makes it easy to direct airflow where needed. The metal frame feels sturdy, and I love that it has a USB port for charging small devices. That came in handy on my recent camping trip. I could charge my phone without having to haul along a bunch of extra stuff. It’s a great investment.
