The product did not fare well in delivery. Had three dents and the unit had to be straightened out before it was installed. I had to oil due to the locks not working well. Should have returned, but the installer was there and could not returned. My recommendation. Hire someone to install because it is very heavy and open box before the delivery man leave.

Met/Exceeded all expectations including clearly marked keys for each individual box and parcel boxes

Converted a motel to 15 short term lease rentals. There was only the one rural box on the street so we needed to upgrade. This did the trick. Poured the cement slab, placed the mounting bolts and when the concrete dried, it bolted down with no problems. Hot tip: She's a heavy lass so grab a mate to help you heave it up on the pedestal. What's cool was the neighbor uses the extra mail slot so now the mail-person has a one stop drop. Even paid me for the "condo" rights. Hot tip #2: plan ahead, you need the local postmaster on board before you place it (and they should approve it no problem) plus they'll line up the technician to install the master locks they use. This process is NOT a one-day task FYI.

Just what I needed. Built to spec. It was packed well and took the USPS locks perfectly. The cluster mailbox unit has the same footprint with another brand I already had so it bolted right down onto the concrete.

My wife and I put these mailboxes up during a light snow in Michigan. They went up easily and even she was able to lift one side during the placement. Definitely a 2 person job. Watch out for the doors that open during lifting. They are very heavy.
