Received these without problem .One of the glasses was faulty, water was noted between the glass so was disappointed hence the reason for this review .

There's glasses that I purchased are great, they keep the drinks coalder for longer plus the glasses are great in the hands and good value

These get used daily to serve up ice cold coffee. The double wall keeps the drink cold and your hands warm.I have others with the handle, but these are just as good.

These glasses are absolutely excellent for both hot and cold drinks. The drinks can be extremely hot and you don’t have to worry about burning your fingers while holding the glass, but don’t forget you’re gonna be drinking the product In the glass, so keep that in mind since holding the glass does not make you aware of how hot the item is in your glass that you’re going to drink.

I use these with my bean to cup coffee machine, as it's just the right size (250ml) for my morning latte macchiato. Lovely double-walled glass, which keeps the coffee inside hot, while the outside is nice and cool. Easy to hold and they look fantastic too. You get two, so I'll be using the other one for cold drinks (it has the same effect, keeping chilled drinks nice and cold, while the outside is normal room temp).Happy to recommend.

Overall the cups are really well insulated, I poured boiling water into the cup and it didn't burn at all, felt like the glass did before I poured any liquid into it. My only complaint is that it holds only 5.5 oz which is less than a cup and about half of my regular mugs. Possibly even less than half. So it is more for tea or expresso instead of coffee as the title suggests. However, if you want to get a cup that can hold boiling water without burning your hands or feeling the water at all, these are definitely worth a buy. The bottom of the cups have what looks like an imperfection but they are on both so I guess it is on purpose.

They look and feels fragile, because they are fragile.It's very plastic-like in how light and thin the glass it. It doesn't sound like glass, but that's pretty cool and i thought that meant they'd be durable.After giving my glasses an initial wash, i placed one on an uneven surface and just tipping over 3 inches onto the wooden table it was standing on made it break.Glass Christmas tree globe ornaments from the 80s are more durable than that. Kinda makes me scared to hold them now after seeing how little it takes to break them.Treat them like you're handling an egg.

I put these in thr dishwasher even though your not supposed to. Over the years some fail, but its a small price to pay for a double walled glass.
