This machine smokes terribly every time I have tried to use it. It came with a plastic wrap on the inside that would not come off. Not even with boiling water! Since I can’t return it I’m having to throw it away and count this as a cautionary tale and loss. Save your money and get an autoclave machine from reputable company!

If I could give negative stars, I would. This item burned my stainless steel instruments at a very low temperature setting for only 20 minutes. It made my entire office smell like something was burning. Now I need to replace what was ruined. Thank goodness I decided to try it on a low setting. The photo shows how it burned my one of my extractors. I can not clean this off. So upset!!

Good. To use this thing you need special bags and not to put your stuff on the thermal element directly. If you havent used such equipment before it would be better to look in the Internet how to use it

This was garbage. Destroyed my equipment. Made the office smell like something was burning. Burned the bags and pissed me off.
