This is so nice. I love the big size. The app is very user friendly. Not hard to upload. Its nice to be able to upload photos from anyone. Great price. Brightness is adjustable. No problems with the internet.

Pretty straightforward and easy set up. Beautiful picture and wonderful size. Only downside is you can only upload 10 pictures st a time using the app. Great gift that I will give to my mom for Mother’s Day.

I usually do not leave any reviews ,but this is a total disappointment and I have a few other brand Nixplay , Aura that are not even in the same league as this junk. For starters the power switch is in an awful position in the back of the unit not even on the side, if you were to wall mount this and then shut it down via the on screen menu and you want to turn it on again you have to remove the unit from the wall to press the power button in the rear a real pain in the butt or unplug it from the wall if you can reach the outlet. They advertised unlimited photos but it is really limited, they only allow 15 seconds of video unless you pay more $ for subscription. The auto screen adjustment also is poor. I download the same photos on the other aforementioned brands and there is never a problem with the look on the screen. I but it at a cheap price, now I know why.........I should return it!

The app works very well BUT in order for your family and friends to add a picture they have to have a code ..which you cant always tell is if it has connected you or not and doesn't always work when you "connect" , if you don't enter the code in 12 hrs you need a new code...which the owner of the frame has to send... it gets a little old pretty fast but once you connect to the frame it does feel pretty secure and easy to use.Other than this would give the frame 5 stars so far.If something goes wrong will up date

I'm very satisfied with this frame! The build quality is excellent, and the image quality is impressive. The software on the frame works great, and the touchscreen is very responsive, comparable to using an iPad. The iOS app (for iPhone or iPad) is functional and easy to use, though it could use a more modern look. Transferring pictures to the frame is seamless, and I love that others can send photos to my frame through the same app. It's also great that the same software supports frames in different sizes. I plan to use this frame for a long time and might even add more to my collection in the future!

I was hesitant to buy this brand as I wasn't as familiar with it and we didn't find a lot of information about it online. However, we are very pleased with the superior quality! The screen is big, clear, and crisp. It has all of the features you would want. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to setup and get started. Got this for a less-tech savvy relative but it is not a problem as the platform is super simple and intuitive. Adding pictures from your phone (and anyone you give the code to) is a breeze as well. Very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend as a better alternative to more "brand name" options we've used in the past. In fact, we will be purchasing one of these for our home as well to replace what we already have. This is a great value.
