Opposite Direction
The torque spiral allows you to change the sanding discs quickly by simply twisting it to remove or connect them. The thread direction of the grinding wheel is opposite to the friction, which results in an increasingly tight connection between the wheel and the pallet while working, ensuring safe and stable operation even at high speeds.
Step 1. The sand disc is rotated into the inner hole of the pallet.
Step 2. Turn the torque saucer to the tightest.
Step 3. Rub the die grinder disc onto the object you want to sand / polish.

A great buy for the money. Much cheaper than Harbor Freight. I do a lot of sheet metal work when restoring cars and these work well cleaning up metal and welds. They hold up well and hold up longer than expected with less changing discs

These are working fine for what I do. You will notice they don’t last as long as name brand pads though. Not a bad deal for the price though.
