NOTE :
Before pouring into the mold, cool the wax to 131°F (55°C) or lower!!!
Lower temperatures will give you better results, so you can cool to 55 degrees before pouring.
Allow to cool for 12 hours before closing the lid.
Never pour melted wax down the sink.

I normally buy these from a local place they shut down... I ordered these am almost half won't stay closed. Very disappointing. The value is not worth it due to the functionality.

Majority of these will not close all the way, and a lot of the ones that do close crack along the edge at the bottom. I was really excited to try these after having a not-so-great experience with a different brand, and these are definitely thicker and had a high-quality feel to them. But, they do not close or crack as soon as they do close.

These clamshells melt at temperatures that my others don’t and they are a little bit lighter/flimsier. They still do the job if you pour your wax at a very low temperature but for me they served their purpose and then I saved the rest for an emergency.

I threw out many shells since they would not close at all , it is a shame because the ones that do close are great and sturdy but you end up paying more since you quite a few do not close and will pop right off.So basically you’re paying for 100 lol
