I used it to replace several broken jack knife couch springs. I had to modify the length of the replacement springs to fit my project, but it worked great.

Should have bought this a long time ago. Worked perfect for our glider rocker.

Use this to re=support two glider rockers. Easy to install and now the set supports like the chairs were new.

When a couple of seat springs broke in my La-Z-Boy, I went on the granddaddy video website and looked up how to replace them. The video pointed me to springs like this, so I measured the ones in the chair, then bought the springs I thought were the right size. Thankfully, they were. Replacing the springs is definitely NOT a one-person job, despite the guy on the video doing it by himself. But it can be done, and with some work, you can probably save $400 or more from a furniture repair shop by doing it yourself.Do NOT try to replace just one or two springs! If one broke, consider that all the springs are the same age as the one that broke, and if the others are not broken, they are likely going to break pretty soon. This means REPLACE ALL THE SPRINGS while you're at it.My only complaint is that even after a couple of months, my chair still feels like I'm sitting on the top 20% of a volleyball.

These springs are thinner and weaker than the ones I wanted to replace on my chair. I ended up using both in order to get the same firmness of the original springs when they were new.
