This is a nice set that will get the job done a few times. I've had about 6 bolts I've extracted successfully, but the extractor material is softer than the steel bolts and eats the threads away quickly.Update: the seller did reach our and apologize, providing a refund or replacement set. Great customer service, I would still recommend their products for general use

So, the product worked well and had the size(s) I needed. I got out three broken studs out of iron heads. The only issue I had is broken drill bits. The kit is not expensive, so I get it. The ez out bit I used worked well and survived the 3 extractions.

Left-handed bit was dull straight out of the box. The best thing about this set is the case. Throw the bits away and replaced them with quality bits.
