Normally I get like 2-3 duds in each case that I usually have to be creative about utilizing. I do laser engraving and usually the the boards are smooth without a single blemish however this time I was sent 12 of the 15 being duds, the quality control on on my order was seriously lacking. From the boards being shotguned with ugly knots to massive bumps and hills on the surface and chipped and splintered corners. Some had glue residue still on them. This is the order I received just before Christmas that I am using to fulfill Christmas orders and it's too late to send them back to get them replaced, and has totally wrecked my deadlines. Please get this quality controll issue fixed, I love your product and I generally accept 2-3 errors but this is our of control.
