All joints are loose which makes the ladder bend and then you lose your balance. The base of the ladder slips easily causing you and the ladder to fall. The rungs are difficult to extend and retract.

It is what you see. However the locking buttons need some jiggling and wiggling to function. Hopefully this thing gets better.
