These are high quality and they are very long which makes them easy to work with. You can tuck the extra into the headliner or mirror mount cover. Took me 10 minutes to install in my 2016 BMW M235i. I used the dark brown with black wire for the black ground wire and the green with brown wire for the red power wire. I used the smallest pins. For those that think you are getting 3 of the same harness you are not. You are getting 3 different size pins. The only one that worked with my BMW were the smallest pins. It was very easy to connect. I just pushed the pins in place. The wiring is high quality and looks OEM with it’s braided covering. Great price for all 3. Still a good price if you can only use 1 of the.

Like another previous reviewer, the set of wire tap cables do not have a cable sheath nor do they have a protected connector strain relief like shown in the description. They still work fine and have a good molded strain relief (fuse I thin as well) where the power and ground wires split out. They need to update the add as it is misleading. I would have purchased from a different vendor. Length is as advertised.

Loved this product, you get 3 sizes of blades. Attached the positive to purple connector and negative to black connector on my 2024 Silverado High Country and love not having any wires from the dash

It's possible for this kit to be wired into three different vehicles at one time but that would be lucky. This kit does give you what you need to wire at least one vehicle because the wire taps are different sizes. The length is good and excess can be wrapped or tucked away. The connector to the RD is good quality.

I was concerned about the quality of this product since it was way cheaper than the competitors. However, after installing it, I am glad I went with this. It is made well and works perfectly. I would buy this again for another car.

It will work for its intended use. However, the quality of the product was not as advertised in the store page.The cable IS NOT braided and the joint on the RJ11 connector IS NOT reinforced.Not sure if i was sent the wrong product, but if the seller reaches out to resolve this issue i will gladly update the review as asides from these issues the product does what it says on the tin.

Hydencamm Upgrade 20" Mirror Plug Wire Tap, Radar Detector Hardwire Power Cord Kit with Inline Fuse Mount RJ11, Mirror Tap Radar Detector for Escort Valentine One Uniden Beltronics (Set of 3）I used this cable to tap off the powered rear-view mirror in my Jeep GC to provide power via to my Uniden Radar Detector which has a RJ-11 power jack. It take a bit, via onlines searches to fine the correct pins in your particular vehicle's rear view mirror wiring harness to figure out the power connector that only provides power when the ignition is on depending on how many wires are in the wiring harness itself (it was the pink wire in my case). The ground wire in the rear-view mirror is usually a bit easier to identify because it is typically a black wire). Also, it took a bit of trial and error to pick the right cable with the right size blade to cram into the wiring harness with the wires providing + and - connections. But once connected and paired with a rear-view mirror mount for your radar detector it helps reduce the clutter on your windshield and dashboard, without having the radar detector's power cable hanging down to connect into the cigarette lighter outlet.
