Had a small gap between spout and wall tiles after miscalculating tile and mortar depth. Could not get copper pipe the correct dimension or cut the pipe as it is tapered. So a spacer fit and works perfectly. Looks great too. You wouldn’t know it wasn’t meant to be there.

This is a nice looking, quality plate that is used to fill the gap between the tub spout and the wall. I got this hoping it would work for my situation, but my new tub spout flares out at the end and I couldn't use it. I wish it had because it would have made a really good seal and at the same time look great.
