1/4 hose won't stay in place due to lack of barbs and high polish surface finish. Hoses rotate when clamped, are easy to slide off, and leak. Both rubber and Silicon heater hose fail to stay in place leak free when clamped on these fittings.

Would be a good choice where appearance is important- on a hot rod's engine for instance. Functionally perfect as well.

The quality is good but 3/8 hose is loose on the barbed outlet. Turns out the outlets is 12mm and not 1/2 which makes the hose a loose fit. I can still use it but could be an issue in certain situations

Very well built I used it on a for wheeler to fix a leaking water spout that broke and it fit the hole well.

Seems like good quality and well built but the size is not as advertised. It is half inch NPT but it is not 5/8 in barbed it is smaller
