Well made and sturdy. Perfect for blocking granny squares of different sizes. The pins are long enough to stack and block quite a few items at once. Much easier than any other system I have used previously.

Works well with wet and dry blocking. It also sets nicely in the holder - very stable. I would definitely recommend to others.

I use this blocking board for my various crochet projects and find it so helpful in getting all the pieces matching in size after blocking. The pedestal allows the pieces to dry upright, but that can stretch the top corners. I rotate the board occasionally to help alleviate this problem. The board and pedestal are sturdy and look nice on the shelf while crochet blocks are drying. The pedestal has a tray that holds the steel rods so the ones not being used are always there and won't roll away. However, I do wish the tray had a cover to further ensure the rods will not "wander off" if you need to move the whole thing elsewhere.

Durable and easy to use. Comes with plenty of pegs. I think it’s a great value for the money

I was happy initially, especially as it was larger than a lot of other similar boards. I put some of my work on the board to keep them uniform before actually blocking (no water/spray used), and the next day I pulled a piece off and noticed it had dark marks where the pins were. Wiping the pins on a dry cloth and my fingers it leaves a dark residue which is noticeable when using cotton yarn. I will try to clean them but it’s disappointing, if that still doesn’t fix it I’ll have to buy some separate pin and hope they fit/don’t have the same problem.

I started with foam pads for blocking my granny squares. I've really gotten into crocheting so I decided to invest in a wooden blocking set. I LOVE IT. My granny squares are so much more uniform. I did purchase extra metal rods so I can make them even more uniform with extra support. I can hold so many more squares per stack compared to when I was using the foam pads and T-pins. Will be getting another board so I can block more at once. Great investment if you make A LOT of granny squares and plan on continuing to do so.
