I may as well throw this thing in the middle of the street. All I can hear are the cars driving by. I work next to a busy road. Even with the windows closed it picks up every car. It's super loud, drowning out everything else. It's sounds like I'm about to be run over.

This voice recorder definitely comes in handy and it's smaller and more portable than the devices that we used to use back in the day, with the added benefit of not needing to purchase anything extra to be able to use it.With 2,000 hours of available recording time, this little bugger stores quite a bit of information, perfect for the college student that wants to record all of your professor's lectures for a semester or the business professional that wants to keep minutes for a work meeting. The device will even work well for those wanting to do a little spying and/or recording of phone conversations. (Due to it's size and an internal magnet, it can be attached to something metal and small enough to be inconspicuous.)Using the device is relatively simple as well: You charge the device and then slide the button to the "on" mode. That's (mostly) it! Charging the device is simple, as it uses a USB connection, meaning it's rechargeable/doesn't require batteries, which is another plus; and you can achieve a full charge in a couple of hours. For playback, you have the option of downloading the recorded wav files to a computer or you can also listen to them on the included headset. (You can also delete files using your computer and/or headset, too.) This recorder also has a "reset" button, which can be activated by using a paper clip.When you initially set up the device on a computer, you set the device to how you want to use it (more on that in a minute). You can also set a date and time stamp.Probably the that makes this device stand out is the option to set it to activate when it hears a sound, (cutting down on "dead air" space) or you can set it to record continuously. Either way, your recording will come out clear and the volume on the headphones can be adjusted to reflect how loud or soft the recording is.Not that many people would likely use this feature, since most of us likely have cellphones; but, the booklet also mentions the ability to use this device as an MP3 player. That might come in handy if you don't have/want to use your phone or as a much less expensive alternative, especially for little kids to use. (The metal case looks like it could take a bit of abuse.)Overall, this is a solid investment. It's small and portable (see pics), it comes with headphones, adapters, charging cable, and a carry case. (Basically everything that you need to be able to use the device...minus a computer if you choose to store your info that way.) It's also magnetic, so you can (covertly or otherwise) stick wherever there's metal. In addition to this being handy, the option to be able to utilize the device in "voice activated" mode is a game changer! Try it today!

I really like the LINISME Digital Voice Recorder! It has tons of storage (128GB), so I never worry about running out of space. The sound is super clear thanks to noise cancellation, and recording is easy with just one touch. I also love the voice activation, which starts recording only when there’s sound. The battery lasts a long time, and USB-C makes file transfers quick. It’s small, easy to carry, and works great. Highly recommend!

Nice little voice recorder for recording conversations on cellphones ever since android did away with the apps that record phone calls. My state is a one party consent state so it works great for conversations I want to keep a history of down the road. Easy to use, charging it takes a little bit at first use but lasts quite a while. Can be used as a simple USB thumb drive as well if you want to store other files on it that aren't voice, pictures, video etc. Simple to set up, small and feels sturdy/well made. Earbuds included are just standard cheap earbuds that do the job if you want to use them and don't have your own. Overall works for what it is, recording phone calls which is what I wanted it for.

The device records fine but it do not connect to computer or iPhone it’s says the device is not detectable. I will be returning device since I am not able to get records off.

This was bought brand new and I just now opened it up and try to connect it to my computer after charging it for 24 hours it does absolutely nothing. The company responded and provided me a refund. And they are sending me a new one. I recommend this company highly

Amazing little recorder. Quality of capture audio is excellent, voice activation is a very nice feature. All required accessory are included, that's a complete package. Built in memory is more than sufficient and battery life as well. Been using it for lectures and meeting and it suits all my needs.

The recorder comes with earphone set which can directly play the recordings, and delete files which is convenient without connecting to a PC. The package has two adaptors, and a soft pouch which is very thoughtful. The instruction menu is clear. The recording sound quality is good. It has very large storage, long battery life, compact small size but has practical design and very functional for a variety uses. Overall, a very good product for this price.

The quality of this device is quite impressive and packs quite a punch.The on board 128GB storage is more than enough to ensure smooth operation in all of your audio recording needs and then some.I've been using this audio recorder continuously and still have yet to charge this device. The battery life is impeccable and the sound quality is top notch.I really enjoy being able to use this recorder on the go or to be able to place this on any metal surface with the built in magnet on the device.Having the function to record only when sound is detected is a great function to be able to listen to only what's going on and cuts out the unnecessary ambient background noise.A really nice touch was being able to use this recorder on my pc to view, listen and delete recordings or just to be able to plug in the provided ear buds into the device for on the go use.Nice bonus to be able to copy over mp3 files and listen to them, which makes this recorder a very versatile product.

I've been using this voice recorder for my classes. I like it because it is so discreet and very light to carry. I can easily slip it into my bag ready for use anytime. It holds charge a long time and can record lectures for many hours without having to plug it in. So far it's been very convenient to use, with only a single press of a button and it would start. Most importantly, I like the quality of the recording. Very clear and crisp. The built-in noise reduction works very well. Even if I'm about 10 feet away from the discussant, it was still able to pick up the voice distinctly. I'm very impressed with its performance. Worth the investment.
