This product is exactly as pictured and so far is holding up well. It has made mixing soooo much easier. It's easy to clean, but not dishwasher safe. It seems pretty sturdy, and is easy to hold and use. It is definitely worth the money, especially since it comes with a scraper. I especially recommend this if you work with sourdough.

My boss told me about this. So I decided to give him a try. I’ve always used a wire whisk. But the thing with the wire whisk is stuff get stuck inside. Nothing gets stuck in the middle of this. It’s very easy to stir and does the job. The handle is very sturdy.

My only disappointment with these tools was that they were pictured in two different sizes and only came in one- the big one. They move the flour and ingredients together nicely without working up the gluten which gives your baked goods a more tender tooth. Love the tools, just wish they hadn't been sneaky and shown two different sizes when they only had one. I would have used the smaller for smaller bowls and batches, getting better contact with my ingredients.
