do not be concerned about the device being a monocular as opposed to a binocular. It is painless to use , easy to operate with one hand, has great light and color transmission. I was surprised at the depth of field. I wish I’d gotten this device a long time ago. Besides the remarkable performance, it’s as light as a feather. I recommend it!

I find this easier to use than my binoculars. I like how compact it is, the option to use it even when wearing prescription glasses on, the clarity of the image, and the fact that is easy to focus.

First off, the objective doesn't seem like 50mm at all, keep this in mind with low light usage. Optics are pretty good and I like the small size. I'm not fan of the eye cup nor the cover. It would be easier to quickly spot what I am looking for if I could just press the eye cup against my face and have my eye aligned correctly each time but instead you have to press the upper edge against your brow (after screwing it out a quarter turn). And the cap that comes with it, I wish it had a rubber attachment to the body and hung off of it while you had it uncovered, Instead, if you pop off both rubber end caps one will stay attached to the body and one will fall on the ground. Overall it's decent, good optics let off by some design decisions and exaggerated claims.

Love this little monocular. It's portable, works well, and is very clear. Has some weight to it and doesn't feel cheap. Great price for the quality. A must-have for your EDC.

This 12x50 Monocular is a compact, high-powered option with impressive clarity and ease of use, especially for birdwatching or travel. The lens deliver a clear, bright image, and the focus adjustment is smooth and effective. I appreciate the two dust caps that protect both ends, keeping the lens secure. While it has a tripod screw mount, I wish it included a phone attachment for easier photo capturing.Pros:- Clear, bright image quality- Focus adjustment works well and is easy to control- Includes protective dust caps on both sides- Lightweight and tripod compatibleCons:- No attachment included for phone compatibility

Can see craters and mountains on the waxing Moon. That's the first thing I looked at -- I was struck by the detail of craters right at the edge between light and darkness. The objective is rather narrow, so you really need to make sure you are pointing the monocular straight at your viewing subject; just a tiny bit off and you won't see it.I highly recommend mounting this device on a tripod to steady the image you see through it; even the slightest hand movement -- humans even when motionless are not quite motionless -- can make the image you see jump around a bit.Fortunately, the part where the wrist lanyard attaches unscrews, revealing a standard tripod socket.I have yet to take it to a range, but when mounted on a tripod it might be a decent spotting scope to view targets from a distance. As for using this in photography with your phone -- there is no mount, so good luck. All in all, this monocular has great resolution for its price point.
