no problem with these shims. they fit a standard ar15 just fine. you will almost certainly have to try several different combinations of them before you get it just right.

I like the variety of thicknesses. I don't have anything that shoots 5.56 223, I use these shims with linear actuator linkages I fabricate for tracking PV arrays. Their ID is just under the linkage pin diameter (33/64") I have specified for my work, pretty easy to take off a few thousandths from the ID.

Like all shims of this type, the outer diameter appears to be sized to fit a bull barrel, the outer edge sticks above the barrel on most others.
