Got this because the grey card set I've had for years has seen its best and most useful days, and it was time for a new set. This seemed to have about anything I'd need, and comes as a little kit, figured I'd try it. Here's how that went:- the grey card sets are a nice improvement over the plastic ones I've had for years. those were textured to reduce reflection, but that caused them to gather grime over time...but these clean up super easy. I use them in an art studio, so having something clean this easily is a really great feature- the reflector style target and white fold up very nice, in same manner as large reflectors, and have a nice little case, which also has a lanyard. are the case and lanyard the nicest quality? no. but you don't usually get them either, so I see it as a nice plus- I do fear the reflector will get dirty fast, as it is even more textured than a reflector, and is much more like microfiber in nature. I fear it will grab dirt and never let go...but time will tell- I really, really love the lens rag that has a built in protective layer. it's genius, and I want like a hundred of themOverall this is a better set than I was replacing as it has the color card I didn't have, and a bonus reflector version. So for the same price as I would pay just for the cards, I got a nice travel set that will see a lot of use. Good value here.

Not color accurate - the number one job of a color chart.Just taking these cards out for the first time it was obvious they are not color accurate. They have some sort of matte finish plastic coating that keeps the blacks from being fully black, the grey is visibly tinted and the color chips lack saturation.I compared this color chart to a Datacolor Spyder Checkr Photo chart which uses individually mixed ink for each color to get exact matching - this is required for an accurate color chart for photography and video. This color chart is printed on a printing press using 4 color process printing - using overlaid printing of screened dots to make various colors. Process printing has a limited color range, which is one of the reasons why the colors in the chart are inaccurate and lack saturation. And the grey tones are not neutral - making them useless for quick color balance. And they don't match 18% grey for setting exposure. You can tell the gray of the collapsible gray card and the small plastic card don't even match each other in the listing photograph. This will make your photography worse not better. The only thing useable is the white side of the collapsible grey card.

I purchased the collapsible gray card, which is what I ordered. That is quite good and does the job well. They also sent some white cards, color chart cards, etcThose are nearly useless since they are printed in a reflective material which defeats the purpose of using a color chart for example. But since I didnt care for those, the excellent collapsible gray card makes up for everything. And the price is right as wellGood product
