I was not expecting these headstuds to work, they are inexpensive. They torqued down great and have been holding up well on my engine

Absolute garbage. No lube for locking them down, no torque specs, no allen holes in the small studs to screw them down. Just cheap garbage product, threw them in the trash didn't use them.

Absolute junk. Snapped 4 one one side and 1 on the other. Followed the factory torque spec. Won’t refund me my money because it took me 2 months to put the motor together.

Installed them on my 04 ls1 block, material that was used seems very sturdy, had no burrs or defects every one of them threaded in great. I installed them with arp assembly lube on the top of the washer and tightened them in sequence in 3 passes of 30ftlbs 50ftlbs and a final of 70ftlbs (smaller bolts only get torqued to 22ftlbs)

These studs are a great deal. Sure, they're not polished and oiled up like fasteners costing four times there price but threads on nuts and studs were easy and burr free. Great buy!

Was definitely nerve racking seeing these are cheap off brand head studs but in my scenario I had no problems installing and torquing them down so I’m giving this product 5 stars. Fast shipping and what you see in the description is what comes in the package. Will buy againUpdate: 4 hard and high rpm months later and still no problems. Over heated the motor once by accident haha no issues

So I wasn’t expecting anything special with these studs given the price, but when they came in they where already pre-lubed and ready to go in. Installation was very easy, and quality seems pretty decent. Everyone should buy this so ARP can lower their damn prices. I will come back and edit after a couple weeks of driving.

I would say that this is a very good bye I would hope that they would soon with the next set includes some grease So everything can go together more smoothly but other than that I just used my APR grease with it and it worked out perfect If you don't have that I'm sure some Polly grease would work out well
