What can you say about a 5V DC regulator that just woks like it's supposed to?My application only needs 500 ma, so this regulator should last forever.Price is right!

Works like my other 7805s I have with typical loads. I'm always skeptical of ICs that come from sources other than known electronics part houses, but these will be fine for personal projects and experimenting.

Don't waste your money on these. All 12 only put out 4 volt and don't regulate voltage either. What a waste of time and I find it hard to believe that all 12 in my pack were defective and another batch are good.Update- I got a replacement box of 12 and all of them test at the correct voltage so apparently I got a bad batch.
