I use these for sanding furniture and they work great. Fit great on my 3m respirator. Good value for the money.

These fit just like the ThreeM filters they replace and so far seem just as effective.

Most of these tore at the seams. Popped right open. Lucky to get a set on my mask.

The filters are packaged perfectly each pair is packaged separately. They clip onto the mask and lock in place easily. We use them often when doing work on our old house especially when we have to go under it into the crawl space.

These are generic copies that look like NIOSH approved filters but are not. The visual appearance is so similar, even down to the model number, that I have to be careful not to mix these in with my genuine filters. They do filter, but I can't tell their exact capabilities since there is no home test for VOC filter adsorption efficiency - that's what NIOSH is for, and these are not NIOSH approved.Genuine NIOSH approved filters not only have to pass NIOSH testing, there also is a factory inspection by NIOSH that the company has to pay for. And the company has to have an ongoing quality management plan, which is really important, and something these generic filters don't have. With PPE, you have to *trust* that it works, because you won't know whether it is or isn't filtering out invisible particles or gas. And there isn't a lot of reason to trust generic filters - you don't even know who made them. So I suggest you use these for non-critical applications where the airborne contaminates are at nuisance levels, below the occupational exposure limits. If your life and health is at risk, use NIOSH approved respiratory protection and not generic.
