Good for the money. If you only turn occasionally this is a good buy. I would go for better quality if I did a lot of turning.

I use these for a wood lathe on a hand held chisel. They fit perfectly and I noticed a difference as soon as I used one of these. This brand cut more cleanly than the last brand I purchased (see shavings in picture). I can't see me spending $15 or more each on a big name brand when there are carbide inserts that work this well at a much lower price and the multi-pack is nice to easily have and store spares. I would definitely buy them again.

Round carbide cutters for use with wood lathe tools. Indexable can be rotated to a sharp section. Shows that they come with replacement screws but my item was the cutters alone, no screws. Super sharp cutter leaves a flawless finish. Can get quite aggressive in its stock removal.

This set of carbide fits my Ci3. The carbide is thicker measuring 2.5mm vs the 1.85 mm thickness of the original. The included fasteners do not fit the EWT Ci3. You will need to reuse the original. For the cost of these inserts I would expect fasteners that fit, even if multiple fasteners need to be included. The description does not indicate the size of these fasteners nor the tool brand it fits. Operation is as expected.

These carbide inserts for wood turning are sharp and fit my tool that is designed for 12 mm round inserts. They are as sharp or maybe a little sharper than the insert that came on my tool. They have smooth edges and have no nicks or gaps. I like that they come with screws in case I lose the screw that came with my tool. The screws are a little longer than the ones that came with my tool, but they do not stick out the back of the steel bar so that's fine.

I do quite a bit of wood turning and these are perfect replacements for one of the tools I use and with this amount they will last me for some time to come. These are perfectly sharpened and do some nice cutting while leaving little if any marks behind(usually my fault when they do...). While I see that some have said theirs came without a bag of screws, my set did come with them. These can be honed after dulling, you just need to have the proper setup. I use lapping paper and a thick piece of dead flat float glass to set the paper on and am able to get a nice edge back on the bit. These are a perfect thing for your woodworker!

No issues with these cutters whatsoever. They fit on the tip of my turning tools perfectly, and cut very smoothly. Definitely recommend!

I have several wood turning tools that use this style of insert and they fit perfectly. They are sharp and the finish is good even on the clearance side. The package quantity will last me a year and the price makes them a good buy.
