This trimmer is a great value for sure! My husband said he needed a new trimmer and looked at quite a few that were much more expensive but he kept saying he really wanted one with 2 batteries so when I found this one with 2 batteries he was pleased, especially when it was less expensive. He wasn't sure if it would be very sturdy but again was quite pleased to find this is indeed a sturdy trimmer that not only comes with 2 batteries but also plenty of spools of string. The string is great quality and actually used less than on previous brands owned! Also the batteries charge quickly and though it states the run time is 30 min, one full charge actually lasted 45 minutes! Despite being sturdy this trimmer is actually fairly light-weight so being cordless, with 2 very good batteries and lots of high quality string this trimmer works really well for him! A very good buy at an excellent price!

At first glance I like everything about this trimmer. It's lightweight, came with two batteries and eight extra spools of trimmer line. I was off to a great start. Not only that, but one of the batteries came fully charged. The Assembly of the trimmer was very simple. A five-year-old could do it. And I like the features. There are multiple push button adjustment options to help you get just the right angle for your particular need and liking. My only issue right now is that it is missing the Line Feed guard meant to keep us from getting too close to objects or plants. And when I tried to resolve this by going into my account and requesting assistance, I kept getting a message that I needed to enter a 10-digit phone number. I did this multiple times and it would not recognize the number. Unfortunately because I shared the account with my housemate I cannot call for assistance because they would want to verify the account which I cannot do when she is not here. Obviously this is going to delay things a bit which is not ideal as we have ridiculously Long Grass following the flood we enjoyed last week in the Gulf area of Florida.I guess we're about to find out whether Sunchers monitors the comments on their product and reaches out.

No complaints I got 35 minutes off the Battery on full charge,With light weight trimmers they are made for Grass not saplings thorny Bushes . But I'm pleased with the way the front sides and hedge look . This one came with 2 batteries ,1 charger, 6 to 8 preloaded spools, it's light weight pretty easily assembled the guard was a little tricky to snap on and set 2 screws , It's got the same spool as my old trimmer so that's a plus. I have shoulder pain so it is light weight , for Light duty Sunchers gets 4 stars 🌟

I was thrilled when I got this, initially. It is lightweight and adjusted angles.I put it together which was a breeze, I charged both batteries. I love that it came with extra spools, and 2 batteries. But that is where the love ended. The second I turned it on the power was underwhelming. I stood there for a minute thinking it will speed up, nope. I proceeded to trim down the grass next to my fence. The directions say move in a slow motion, a sloth moves faster than you can move with this thing. If the blade of head is a little thicker than normal then it struggles to knock out down. Ten minutes in the first battery was done. So glad it comes with 2 batteries (they claim more than 30 minutes usage time, you would figure they meant per battery. Not the case). I put the 2nd fully charged battery in and 8 minutes later it's done.It really can't even do light work. I think they made this as a child's toy and decided to label it as a real tool. If you have almost no yard with a tiny lawn and the area you need to use this on isn't longer than 10 feet by 1 foot then this is for you. Other than that, save your money. I am really disappointed with this and can't believe I wasted my money on it. The locker is it reduced in price by almost$20 since I bought it 3 days ago.

Very strongly built, easy to set up, charge lasts for longer than expected time. Most importantly it is set up to stop when stuck or hit something strong which is a good safety feature. Efficient to use as both string trimmer and edge cutter. Heavier than expected but the handle is a god support to use properly.

This string trimmer came in sturdy double boxes. Easy to put together with excellent instructions. Good construction, generous string supply, two batteries. Works great. This is a good value.

Assembly was easy, works perfectly. Liked the extra string spools. Liked the extra battery. Not too powerful but perfect for MY needs. Got all my trimming done on one charge.
