Had to return my first one because it was missing the garden hose adapter. Replacement included everything as expected.Used this to drain a hot tub. Found the flow rate to be perfect for draining into an indoors sink without flooding the sink. Using the pump was as easy as plugging it in. It made some noise but it was underwater so neighbors couldn't hear it. No complaints, would recommend.

We use this to run a filter on our small fishpond and it works perfect. Smaller pumps just didn't have the flow we needed but this one is perfect. Overall I'm happy with it, i just wish it came with more adapters.

This is a decent pump it works great for light work lol I used it for our above ground pool worked great however the peice where the hose screws on stripped pretty easy or I just don't know my own strength but other than that I swapped that for a metal peice works great

I bought this sump pump for my basement as a precautionary measure, though I haven’t had a chance to test its performance yet (and hopefully never will). However, it seems well-built with sturdy materials, and the intake filter looks solid. I tested it before installation and its noise level is very tolerable and water flow fast and in a powerful stream.I connected a garden hose to it, and the fit was secure, so everything appears to be in good shape so far. Installation was straightforward, and it gives me peace of mind knowing it’s ready in case of a flood.

I live in a part of the country where a sump pump in the basement is simply one of life's necessities. I bought this one as a spare, and placed it for a couple weeks to try it out. It works great, and is incredibly fast for only a 1/2HP pump. The pump that it temporarily replaced is from a large and reputable brand, and this pump not only keeps up with that one, it may well surpass it. This pump is a great bargain!
