As you can see in the photo, the counter is actually an island from Home Depot. I live in a 100+ year old apartment and the power outlet locations and quantities are awful. I have a beefy power strip running everything on that side of the kitchen except the range and microwave. The microwave is a beast and cannot be on the power strip and the power outlet is too low. This product gave me the ability to plug in the microwave "directly" to the outlet. This product is beefy enough that I'm not worried the microwave will burn my home to the ground.

Added this behind a washing machine so the plug could exit the receptacle with less clearance. I wish they had just designed the machine’s plug like this adapter, but this works and is heavy duty. Seems like great quality.

Great quality, good gauge for 20amp. Just keep in mind their plug sticks out over an inch with this thing. Good for preventing outlet damage but not great for space saving.5 stars for being as advertised
