It's tricky to use. Could have an easier interface. Sound and storage are good. No instructions on how to create playlists (still working on this). No web or phone support. Another issue: once you are playing music and the screen goes blank, the buttons don't work. Major oversight. If you want to skip a song in your list, you have to first press the power button then navigate to your music list. Terribly inconvenient when you are exercising. I'd say find another product.

Terrible MP3 player. Songs didn’t load correctly, difficult to use. Would not recommend anyone purchasing this. After messing with it for so long to try to get it to work now I can no longer return it.

I have been using Sony Walkman over the years. They are good but now cost in excess of 70 dollars. I lost my latest one and wanted to find a cheaper unit. I also have used some really cheapo ones but they are dreadful in many ways. So i opted to try this one and its quite good. Sound quality is on a par with the sony. This one plays slightly louder. Now that I am used to the buttons, it is easier to turn off when you want it off, but it also does a good job of not shutting off when exercising. Haven't used the blue tooth. It is slightly larger and heavier and has much more storage and the screen is nice. Its a very good mp3 player.

I haven't found anything negative about this player. It's shape and control disk reminds me of an RCA mp3 player I once owned. I found it easy to use. It pairs with myTozo ear buds and the other Bluetooth speakers I have. However, it does NOT Bluetooth pair with my phone or car stereo. I have no problem with that cause I wanted this for working out and doing yardwork. The sound is very good. It has an equalizer setting, volume setting ( don't care about that) and an alarm. Definitely a good value. It's heavy to. My last two mp3 players have been tiny and small. Made of plastic. This one has some weight to it so you know which pocket you put it in. Made with metal. The control button will take some getting used to cause it's touch sensitive but once you get over fat finger syndrome it's all good. Best Christmas present from myself.

It arrived on Monday and I loaded it with thousands of songs overnight. However --The counter shows only 4000 songs, while my computer transferred 7011 items. Granted, that includes folders as well as songs, but there are not 3011 folders for 4000 songs, so why is the counter not accurate? Each song has its own number, too, which makes me wonder if it only took in 4000 songs. The memory is just over halfway filled, so there is still plenty of space available. Is there a 4000-song limit? So adding more songs makes some that were already there, disappear? And why can I not get the player to play through the sound system in my new car? It was easy as pie with my old car, but it will not work with my new car. Why not? Very frustrating. It took me a while to figure out how to set it to Shuffle Play, but I eventually found it.
