I love that this has settings you can play with to try to find a balance between file size and quality recording. It's a bit bigger than I had thought it would be; I know it shows measurements but I guess my brain just didn't comprehend it fully haha.The file sizes are quite large if you want great quality sound. For example, a 30min clip at a bitrate of 192K which is the 2nd lowest setting, is 41MB. That's over a MB per minute; it adds up fast if you're recording longer sessions.It lets you set whether you want it to be voice activated or always recording, if you want a recording light to show or not, your bitrate, gain level, and you can change the max clip length of the automatically saved files. So if you're recording a 2 hour lecture and you've got it set to 30min clips, you'll have 4 save files on the device at the end.I did find that the time setter application on it was not working, but there is a manual workaround in the settings file so in the end I was still able to set it to the right date and time, just took a little bit more effort, and has to be re-done each time I change settings. Thankfully now I think I finally have them were I need them, so I should haven't to change them again anytime soon.The magnets aren't as strong as I thought they would be. It's easy to knock it or slide it off of whatever you've attached it to. I thought I could attach it to clothing with the magnets, but I'm too scared of it falling off when I'm walking around, and it breaking on the ground :( So instead I have it in my pocket which reduces the sound quality unfortunately and I have to be careful not to be moving around when I'm trying to listen/record something important to remember later, otherwise all you hear is the rustling sound.Files are super easy to transfer off. Just connect it to your computer, and windows treats it just like a thumb drive you can simply copy the files off as if you're in any normal folder. It also has it's own recycle bin, so if you delete something by accident, you have a chance to recover it which I think is awesome.Lots of accessories! It came with a USB C to A, C to lightning and C to C. As well as the audio cable for being able to listen to audio directly on the device without a computer or phone.I'm typically recording for upwards of 6hrs at a time and have had zero issues with battery. I've done over 12hrs of recording on a single charge.

Records great and the voices come through clearly. Long Battery Life. It is easy to link to a computer for playback or to save the recording. I like the strong magnet and the design, which allows it to placed onto a metal object out of the way. Good value for money, highly recommend!

I purchased item based on existing reviews of recording quality and inclusive magnets. After using the product, I found the reviews did did not do it justice. I found the recordings to be extremely clean and reduced background noise. The ability to manage audio via a computer aided in keeping the storage free of old content. The magnets helped with placing the recorder conveniently near the audio source allowing me to leverage the features for recording when sound is present. Great product and for the price it is superior.

Very happy with this product! Had a small issue with the device, the seller provided phenomenal customer service and remedied the issue right away. Most impressed! Love the device itself, it's small, discreet, it can record for SO long without running out of space/battery, the magnet makes it really useful for attaching to various things. Folks, if you need a voice-activated recorder, "discreet" or otherwise, this is the one!

I keep this voice recorder in my laptop bag, making it incredibly convenient for recording meetings or conversations discreetly. All i needed to do is slide a single button to "on," and it starts recording instantly, so a very quick setup. The strong magnet on the device allows me to attach it to a metal surface, ensuring it stays in place during meetings, and eliminating any chance of it being knocked around (something I've found happens all too often with other recorders, causing recordings to be taken from the floor).With 128GB memory and a long-lasting battery, I have never had to worry about running out of storage or power. I've successfully recorded 6 hours of audio without any issues.Connecting to a computer is a easy, and had no trouble transferring the recorded files to my Mac (I'm told Windows compatibility is also available).The voice activation feature is optional, and while I can see its usefulness in certain situations,. I prefer to keep it off. The AI noise reduction function appears to work as intended.In summary, this recorder meets all the advertised specifications and performs well. There's little room for improvement; it simply works as intended.
