They fit as needed. I've used about two dozen so far with only a single failed seal (my fault). A few were dented in shipping, and one of the packages ripped open - a good number ended up with scuffed/scratched white enamel. Oldest jar I have from these lids is about a month and no issues.

Great Fit and Functionality for Canning! These canning lids with rings are a perfect fit for my wide-mouth jars. The size is just right, and they provide an airtight seal, which is essential for canning. They’re easy to use, durable, and have held up well through multiple uses. The set includes plenty of lids and rings, making it a great value for long-term canning. They’re lightweight but sturdy, and I appreciate how easy they are to store. Overall, they offer excellent functionality for any canning project.

I generally don't write reviews but as an old time canner its become expensive canning. Once Ball bought out Kerr they have a monopoly. Ball lids don't seal perhaps somewhere around 10 percent of the time after a water bath. I had a bumper crop of tomatoes last summer and canned 62 wide mouth quarts of tomatoes and out of those 62 lids I bought from this company I had 1 that did not seal. That is absolutely phenomenal!

These are the worst lids ever. I used them and lost two plus cases of food because the lids were dented, and a couple didn't seal properly. I have been canning for 50 years and have NEVER had such a terrible time. Save your money and frustration on something else! They are not worth a penny.

Lid corrosion, starting as early as two months after processing makes these lids completely unreliable and unusable for canning. We've been home canning for over 20 years. In a typical year, we can over 250 jars of various home-grown jams, salsas, tomatoes, and relishes. We were so happy to find these lids in 2021 as we could not get our standard, name-brand lids anywhere for a reasonable price. We used all 128 lids last year and bought another 128 this year. This past week (Oct. 2022) I noticed corrosion on all of our cucumber relish jars canned in 2021. After investigating, found that all nine jars were a total loss (see photo). Thankfully we had not given any of these as gifts. I did a full inventory of what we had canned last year and this year and find all the inspected lids have some form of corrosion, starting as early as two months after processing. While the rubber seals appear to be intact, there is visible corrosion starting inside the lid at the crease. (See photos)All inspected jars using the name-brand lids, from as far back as 2014 show no such corrosion or lid failure. I don't usually write reviews, but as this is a critical health issue, I felt compelled to share my findings with others who may encounter the same issue. Please inspect all jars that you've canned and discard any that have failed, and seriously consider whether it's worth the risk to you or your loved one's health to consume any that have failed -- or simply started corroding.

I sought an alternative to the canning lids I usually buy and gave these a try. They arrived timely and appear to be the quantity advertised. Maybe a little lighter/thinner than other brands, but hard to tell for sure. A few had a small scratch on the enameled bottom (food side) of the lid, most were fine. Rubber seals looked fine on all I checked.I've canned two batches of jelly/jam (water bath method) for a total of 15 or so of these lids. 1 buckled slightly in the bath, but I may have had the ring too tight. Otherwise, they've all sealed and remained sealed for a week this far. They don't have as satisfying of a ping when sealing, but the middle does pop down so you should be able tell if they seal (or unseal).Smallish sample and not a lot of shelf time, but I thought my expirience could be helpful to others. If I have lots of failures or things otherwise go wrong, I will update.
