I contacted the seller who promised an "engineer" would be in touch. I am experienced with computers, so I decided to work though on my own and I got it to work. You will need a CD/DVD drive to proceed. Find the card in Device Manager and update manually using the driver disk ("sound" folder).In order for this to be a viable product, the seller should provide instructions, create a real installation setup, and offer the files online so a CVD reader wasn't needed. This was an unnecessarily difficult product to install.
