This is the worst steamer I’ve come across. I have no idea why it got such good reviews. Had really high hopes because of the positive reviews and ratings, but it did not live up to expectations. Water spewed everywhere and got on my hands and thighs while piping hot so pretty much low key got burnt. The cord is extremely short, nowhere near long enough to hang a garment up to properly steam. It could barely get the job done on linen fabric. The water reservoir is ridiculous to refill if you need to do so in between garments because you’ll risk burning yourself unless you wait for the entire unit to cool down. Also, think I received a used product, which speaks volumes to the functionality, especially at this price point. Extremely disappointed, back to my search for a quality steamer!I rarely ever leave negative reviews, thought this would be helpful so you’re not mislead like I was!
